Rosseto collaborates with glass artist,Danny Kalderon, on a new line of handmade
glass display and serve ware for fine dining and luxury hospitality brands.
Rosseto Serving Solutions, creators of the SkycapTM and Multi-ChefTM display systems and other innovative serving solutions for the hospitality industry, have announced today the first collaboration in company history with the release of the Ven Glass Collection. This partnership with renowned glass artist, Danny Kalderon of Kalderon Art, Glass and Design, will expand both company’s offerings to fine dining and luxury hospitality brands. Kalderon’s customer base includes many Michelin Star chefs such as Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn and Grant Achatz of Alinea in Chicago.
The Ven Collection will feature a range of glass serving and display ware from glass cocktail dishes to large glass bowls and glass serving platters in a variety of striking designs and modern patterns. This will also include custom glass surfaces and glass trays that integrate with all of Rosseto’s modular buffet display systems and risers. The addition of this new collection gives customers even more options to bring their menu to life, from small intimate gatherings to larger catered events. All pieces are crafted by hand using the same signature techniques and attention to detail that Kalderon is known for.
