All orders are shipped FOB Lincolnwood, IL, unless otherwise noted.
All orders should be examined upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claims must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Any damage or loss caused during transit must be claimed by consignee with carrier.
Purchases can be returned to Rosseto with applicable restocking fees, by contacting Customer Service. No returns will be accepted without a Rosseto Return Authorization (RA) number, provided by Customer Service.
Restocking fees will be assessed upon inspection of returned items. Shipping is non-refundable.
- 15% restocking fees apply for items returned unused, with original/unopened packaging, within 30 days.
- 50% restocking fees apply for items retuned used, damaged, and/or without original packaging.
- Any purchase returned after 30 days will be assigned a 50% restocking fee, regardless of use/condition, for store credit only.
No returns are accepted after 60 days.
Products must be returned to the Rosseto warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization.
